The preferred hotels are located throughout Manhattan and offer competitive pricing and a variety of amenities to guests. The University works with Campus Travel Management to offer the following services to travelers:

 

College Reciprocity Program. If you are traveling to one of a select group of college campuses, your status as an academic colleague may entitle you to a wide range of hotel discounts. To determine whether an institution's local hotel program is eligible, please go to the Columbia University Travel Portal, click hotels and then click College Reciprocity. When booking, please be sure to ask for the rate of the host institution and include your status as "Colleague" in the Reservation Request Form.
