Corporate Card

The  Corporate Card program at Columbia University provides employees with a convenient method of paying for University-approved travel and buisness related expenses. Any full-time officer may request an application by contacting the Finance Service Center for details on the process.

Payment Center Website:

Each cardholder is required to register their corporate card at Payment Center, as this resource  needed to obtain and pay monthly billing statements.

  • View Billing Statements 
  • View posted transactions
  • Maintain paying accounts
  • Make a payment towards your account balance
  • Review Payment history

Global Card Access:

The Global Card Access website will provide cardholders with access to self-service tools which include Online PIN Check and Alerts registration. Read the Global Acesss User’s Guide.


Chip & PIN information: 

Your Chip card is issued with a 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) which may be necessary to complete a transaction with chip-enabled merchants. You may access your PIN at any time by visiting the secure Online PIN Check website at

• One-time registration is required using the following


− Account Number

− Name on Card (exactly as embossed)

− Expiration Date

− Security Code (CVV) – located on the back of the card

− Verification ID – Note: this is a 9 digit number which consists of (9 + “your 8-digit CU Employee ID”).
