Requests for a new merchant account are submitted online in Service Now, a web-based tool that University employees use to log service requests and/or incidents. Service Now's primary purpose is to provide an easily accessed, self-service tool in which users can request and receive assistance in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.
Review your completed New Merchant Questionnaire and Checklist to ensure you have everthing needed to complete your request. When you're ready, proceed to the new merchant account request form in Service Now. You will be prompted for your UNI and password.
- Without exception, requests submitted without the required Processor Forms and Merchant Security Review Form will be returned.
