University Financial Reporting

The department's international program’s financial records and accounting must routinely be coordinated with Columbia University’s Office of the Controller, which maintains the official record of financial transactions of the University and its affiliates in Accounting & Reporting at Columbia (ARC) and related subsidiary ledgers.

International program and departmental ledgers can supplement, but not replace ARC.

Financial reporting at interim and final grant periods may be required by certain grantors. The preparation of those reports is generally done in coordination with Sponsored Projects Finance.
