Changes to Vehicle Information

 

Insurance and Risk Management must be informed of any significant changes that effect University-owned or leased vehicles.  Information changes should be reported to Risk Management using the Vehicle Information Change Form [where is this form?].

 

To update departmental vehicle coordinator contact information, please report new information to Risk Management using the the Vehicle Information Change Form.  To change the ARC account number charged for vehicle related expenses, such as insurance premiums and registration renewal fees, please report new information to Risk Management using the the Vehicle Information Change Form.
